Pop up Arrival & Departure Terminal

This is a brown field aviation infrastructure project of a new airline arrival terminal building capable of two baggage handling belts with supporting infrastructure and expansion of two boarding gate terminals with facilities for manual & E-Gate boarding facilities & supporting infrastructure.

R & D Facility

This is a green field R&D facility for a reputed Indian Corporate. The project is spread over 5 Acres of land and is planned to be executed in two phases. First phase consists of an R&D block with labs and administration areas, Ancillary Block with labs, training, offices etc, Central MEP utilities plant room, roads & supporting infrastructure.

Auto Ancillary Manufacturing Facility

This is a Green field manufacturing facility for a German client spread over an area around 9 acres. Project consists of areas allocated for production, design / engineering & administration, canteen, training, visitor center, roads & supporting MEP infrastructure. LEED platinum green rating is being targeted for this project.

Convention & Science Center

Convention & science center project is a green field project spread over 10 acres of land and designed to house dedicated areas for hosting conventions / conferences and also has a dedicated science center, guest rooms, banquet halls, kitchen and central utility plant blocks, roads & supporting infrastructural services. The main features of this facility is a hyperboloid paraboloid shell structure which will be one of its kind in India.

Health Care Facility

The Hospital expansion project consists of a building with GF and 3 upper floors housing ER, OPD's, Pharmacy & registration in the GF, OT's, Labs, ICU's, Dialisis in the 2nd floor, ICCU & wards in the 3rd, supporting medical gases, sterice suites & MEP service

MAHE Events & Convention Center (MECC)

MECC was designed and intended as a multi purpose auditorium for both corporate events & performances. It has supporting areas for accommodation, conference, rooms, banquet facilities & a full service cooking kitchen & dining facilities. It consists of 3 levels wrapping around the auditorium area.
